Corn pancake fajitas

For tea tonight I am planning a variation on the fajitas wraps:

    Corn pancakes made with chopped sweetcorn, green chilli, red onion and coriander
    Guacamole made with lime juice and yogurt
    Fajitas with quorn pieces, onions, peppers, mushrooms and chipotle

But I want to put red onion, chilli, lime and coriander in both the pancakes and the guacamole but that doesn’t seem right … mmm, a quandary

    Put the coriander in the guacamole (fresh, mmm lovely) and the others in the corn pancakes (hot n spicy, mmm lovely)
    Do we get red juice with this purvey?
